Helping Christ Church Brunswick
We’ve donated the money that would usually go into Christmas cards and postage to a great local cause. This year Context has donated $500.00 to the Christ Church Brunswick renovations appeal.
The church was built in stages between 1857 and 1875, and has been a centre of Anglo-Catholic spiritual life in Brunswick for more than a century and a half. Christ Church is predominantly Italianate in style with the characteristics of Italian country house designs. The adaptation of the Italian country villa design for a church building is extremely rare in Victoria. Context is glad to be able to give a little help to this grand old neighbour and local heritage icon just around the corner from our office in Brunswick.
